Book Design
A publication designed for the essay 'Sir Arthur and the Fairies' by Mary Losure. The essay tells the story of the Cottingley Fairies and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's involvement. Within the publication, which was self-printed and published, the design explores the darker side of the Cottingley story and encourages the reader to question the existence of fairies. The publication features photographic negatives inspired by the Cottingley Fairy Photos, with spin-able circular cut-outs which are suspended to be spun around, depicting a 'fairy's view'.
